requiring “any issuer for which conflict minerals are necessary to the functionality
of a product manufactured, or contracted to be manufactured by that issuer, to
disclose in the body of its annual report whether its conflict minerals
originated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or an adjoining

Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of CHemicals (REACH) has generated considerable interest and concern among a growing number of MWS customers. - UPDATE
On May 15, 2012 MWS Wire Industries celebrated five years of clean electrical power production from a 155 kW system designed and installed by California Green Designs of Encino, California. The grid-tied system has generated over 1.3 million kW-hours of electricity, more than half the company’s total consumption, while avoiding 826 tons of greenhouse gas emissions that would have been produced by the local utility.
